We are responsible for your personal data that we collect via this Site. We collect and stores personal data about you if you voluntarily submit it to us. In particular, we collect the following information should you choose to register for our monthly newsletter or submit a contact form:

Please note that, notwithstanding the fact that we may have removed your information from our list of active users, we reserve the right to keep any information submitted or collected for business reasons, such as archiving data (and subject, at all times, to our legal and regulatory obligations).
Where you contact us through our contact form, the length of time we keep your personal data depends on the specific circumstances of your request for us to contact you, and your reason for providing your information. We may share your personal data within the CKHH Group. This will involve transferring your data outside the European Economic Area.
